Haomei Sets New Production Record of Aluminum Circle

In the last half month Haomei set a new record in production of aluminum circle. In late February an old client from Algeria put an urgent order of 15 metric tons of aluminum circles and he wanted to get the goods ready for shipment within half a month so that he would be able to begin production as soon as possible. Not wanting to disappoint the client, the sales department, after communicating with the production department, agreed to take the order.
It was a busy yet meaningful period of time. The largest production capacity recorded in the past was 12 metric tons for half a month, thus 15 tons was really a challenge for both the production and logistics departments. The logistics department, guaranteeing sufficient supply and good quality raw materials, kept close contact with engineers and workers from production unit. Under the condition that the production line works continuously without interruption, the production task of aluminum circles was reasonably arranged. All production lines operated constantly for 24 hours each day, and maintenance groups made precautionary plans in advance. During operation maintenance staff kept monitoring the equipment, making sure that the production could go on smoothly. As a result, no machine broke down during the 15 days. Workers in the aluminum circle unit of production department took daily exchanging shifts with the machines operating continuously. The export department kept contact with the client, telling him progress of production and learning new requirements. Two days ago, 15 tons aluminum circle of high quality were finished on time and delivered to the port for shipment. The client sent satisfaction and thanks for our cooperation and effort, telling us that he would soon put a new big order.
